Used 1.3 diesel turbocharger, fully checked prior to removal. Suitable for Vauxhall Corsa and Fiat Punto models.

Important Installation & Warranty Instructions:

To maintain warranty and ensure turbo longevity, the following MUST be performed:

1. Replace turbo oil feed pipe & banjo bolts.

2. Remove and check oil pump.

3. Remove sump, clean or replace oil strainer/pickup to remove residual carbon/sludge.

4. Clean oil cooler and filter assembly.

5. Remove intercooler, drain and clean thoroughly.

6. Check and clean all inlet and outlet hoses.

7. Inspect exhaust system if oil leaked from a previous turbo/engine damage (catalyst, DPF, etc.)

8. Remove brake vacuum pump and clean if necessary.

9. Fit new oil filter and fresh oil, ensuring oil flow is verified.

Post-Installation:

• Drive vehicle 20–30 miles, then replace oil and filter again.

• Provide invoices for banjo bolts, oil feed pipe, and full VAT garage invoice with photos to validate warranty.

• Warranty void if these instructions are not followed.
