Compatibility Notes & Installation Instructions:

• Turbo oil feed pipe & banjo bolts must be replaced

• Oil pump and sump must be checked and cleaned

• Oil cooler, filter assembly, and intercooler must be cleaned

• Check all inlet/outlet hoses

• Inspect exhaust for carbon or contamination if previous turbo/engine failure occurred

• Ensure AD Blue system is active — if deleted/turned off, turbo may fail

• Brake vacuum pump should be cleaned

• Fit new oil filter and fresh oil; verify oil flow

• After installation, drive vehicle 20–30 miles and replace oil/filter again
