Important Installation Notes:

To maintain warranty and ensure proper turbo operation, the following must be carried out by a qualified garage:

1. Replace turbo oil feed pipe & banjo bolts.

2. Remove and inspect oil pump.

3. Remove sump and clean/replace oil strainer to remove carbon/sludge.

4. Clean oil cooler and filter assembly.

5. Remove and clean intercooler, drain any oil.

6. Inspect and clean all inlet/outlet hoses.

7. Check exhaust system for contamination if oil leaked into the exhaust.

8. Remove brake vacuum pump and clean if required.

9. Fit new oil filter and oil; verify oil flow/pressure.

10. After installation, drive vehicle 20–30 miles, then replace oil/filter again.

Warranty:

Proof of compliance is required, including: invoice for parts, oil pressure data stream, full VAT garage invoice, and photographic evidence. Failure to comply may void the warranty.
