THIS LISTING IS FOR THE SUPPLY AND FIT OF A FULLY RECONDITIONED PEUGEOT, CITROEN, FIAT 2.2 HDI 4HH / 4HG ENGINE AS FITTED TO THE BOXER , RELAY AND DUCATO VANS.
Our Engine Reconditioning process consists of:
Engine Unit Fully Dismantled And Cleaned,
Cylinder Head Is Stripped And Deep Cleaned Followed By A Skim And Pressure Test,
Cylinder Bores Are Checked For Wear And Re-Honed,
Crankshaft Is Inspected And Polished Or Ground Depending On Condition Of The Journals.
Engine Is Then Reassembled Using O.E Or Equivalent Parts Which Includes A New Timing Chain, Guides And Tensioner, Piston Rings, Head Gasket, Main And Big End Bearings, Con-Rod Bolts And Fresh Seals And Gaskets.
We Also Fit A New OE Oil Pump.
ALL ENGINES ARE SOLD ON THE BASIS OF A SERVICEABLE EXCHANGE UNIT BEING AVAILABLE….
INCLUDES A FULL 1 YEARS PARTS AND LABOUR WARRANTY (SUBJECT TO T&C’S)
Our service is for the supply and fit of a replacement reconditioned engine. This service is ideal for a customer wanting to remove their responsibilities from the repair situation which would be involved when an engine is purchased from somewhere and installed by someone else. In lines with consumer rights if you supply a garage an engine to install for yourself and upon installation it is deemed faulty or does not run quite as it should the liability still falls with the consumer (the person supplying the product). Having an all-in service with us means you remove yourself from the equation during the repair. You are asking ONE company to supply and install a product which they are offering for sale. It is our job to have your vehicle back to its former glory if not in better running condition prior to the engine failing and is ideal for the private individual looking for a stress-free repair with a parts and labour warranty.
