Our Engine Reconditioning process consists of:
Engine Unit Fully Dismantled And Cleaned.
Cylinder Head Is Stripped And Deep Cleaned Followed By A Skim And Pressure Test.
Cylinder Bores Are Checked For Wear And Re-Honed,
Crankshaft Is Inspected And Polished Or Ground Depending On Condition Of The Journals.
Engine Is Then Reassembled Using O.E Or Equivalent Parts Which Includes A New Timing Chain, Water Pump, Piston Rings, Head Gasket, Main And Big End Bearings, Con-Rod Bolts And Fresh Seals And Gaskets.
INCLUDES A FULL 1 YEARS PARTS AND LABOUR WARRANTY (SUBJECT TO T&C’S)
Our service is for the supply and fit of a replacement reconditioned engine. It is our job to have your vehicle back to its former glory if not in better running condition prior to the engine failing and is ideal for the private individual looking for a stress-free repair with a parts and labour warranty.
