⚠️ Mandatory Turbo Fitting Requirements (Warranty Conditions)

To maintain warranty, ALL of the following must be completed:

• Replace turbo oil feed pipe & banjo bolts

• Remove and inspect oil pump

• Remove sump and clean/replace oil strainer (pick-up)

• Clean oil cooler and filter housing

• Remove and clean intercooler, drain any oil

• Clean all inlet and outlet hoses

• Check exhaust system (DPF/catalyst) for oil contamination

• Remove and clean brake vacuum pump

• Fit new oil filter and fresh oil

• Check fuel injector gaskets

• Confirm correct oil flow

📄 Proof Required:

Garage invoice + invoice for oil feed pipe & banjo bolts must be supplied.

Failure to comply will void warranty.

Oil Flow Test (After Installation)

• Fit turbo with oil return pipe disconnected

• Use extended return pipe into container

• Idle engine for 60 seconds

• Minimum 0.3 litres of oil must be present

• Repeat test 2–3 times

• Do NOT allow oil level to drop below minimum

• After 20–30 miles, replace oil & filter again
