Description:

We provide the supply and fit of a fully reconditioned 1.6 Diesel engine for:

• Vehicle: Mercedes Vito W447

• Engine Code: OM622.951

Reconditioning Process:

• Engine fully dismantled and cleaned

• Cylinder head stripped, skimmed, and pressure tested

• Cylinder bores checked and re-honed

• Crankshaft inspected, polished, or ground as required

• Reassembled with O.E. or equivalent parts, including:

  • New timing chain

  • Water pump

  • Piston rings

  • Head gasket

  • Main & big end bearings

  • Con-rod bolts

  • Fresh seals and gaskets

Service Includes:

• Full 1-year parts and labour warranty (subject to T&C’s)
