Important Installation & Warranty Requirements:

To ensure correct fitting and maintain your warranty:

• Replace turbo oil feed pipe & banjo bolts.

• Inspect oil pump and remove if necessary.

• Remove sump and clean/replace oil strainer to eliminate residual carbon/sludge.

• Clean oil cooler and filter assembly.

• Remove and clean intercooler, draining any residual oil.

• Check and clean all inlet and outlet hoses.

• Inspect exhaust system for contamination/blockages (catalyst, DPF, etc.) if oil has leaked previously. AD Blue deletion/off can cause turbo failure.

• Remove brake vacuum pump and clean debris/carbon.

• Fit new oil filter and fresh oil; verify oil flow.

• Warranty compliance: forward invoices for banjo bolts and oil feed pipe, data stream of oil pressure, and a full VAT garage invoice with photos as proof.

Post-Installation Instructions:

• Drive vehicle 20–30 miles, then replace oil and filter.

• We are not responsible for turbo failures caused by insufficient oil pressure/flow.
