Important Notes & Installation Instructions:

• Turbo is a used unit; ensure proper installation to avoid damage

• Mandatory checks before fitting:

  • Replace turbo oil feed pipe & banjo bolts

  • Inspect oil pump, sump, oil strainer, and clean thoroughly

  • Clean oil cooler, filter assembly, and charge air cooler

  • Inspect and clean all inlet/outlet hoses

  • Check exhaust for contamination/blockage if oil has leaked

  • Inspect brake vacuum pump and clean if necessary

  • Install new oil filter and oil

  • Verify fuel injector gaskets integrity

• After fitting:

  • Perform oil flow test with extended oil return line

  • Engine idle 60s to confirm at least 0.3L oil flow

  • Repeat to verify

  • Drive 20–30 miles and change oil/filter again

• Warranty void if instructions not followed
