Important Installation Instructions & Warranty Terms:

• Turbo oil feed pipe & banjo bolts must be replaced.

• Oil pump, sump, and oil strainer (pick-up) must be checked/cleaned.

• Oil cooler, filter assembly, and intercooler must be cleaned.

• Inspect all inlet/outlet hoses.

• Check exhaust for carbon/oil contamination (catalyst, DPF) if previous turbo leaked oil.

• Inspect and clean brake vacuum pump if necessary.

• Fit new oil filter and oil; check oil flow.

• After installation, drive 20–30 miles, then replace oil/filter again.

Warranty Conditions:

• Photographic evidence and invoices for all required replacement parts must be provided.

• Failure to comply with these instructions may void the warranty.

• We are not responsible for turbo failure due to insufficient oil pressure/flow.
