You are purchasing a Vauxhall 1.5 Diesel DV5RC Turbo / Turbocharger Unit.

This is a high-quality unit compatible with the DV5RC engine.

Important Installation & Warranty Notes:

To ensure proper operation and maintain warranty:

1. Turbo oil feed pipe & banjo bolts must be replaced.

2. Oil pump should be removed and inspected.

3. Oil sump must be removed; clean or replace oil strainer to remove residual carbon/sludge.

4. Oil cooler and filter assembly must be cleaned.

5. Intercooler should be removed, drained, and cleaned.

6. Check and clean all inlet and outlet hoses.

7. Inspect exhaust system for contamination/blockage if previous turbo or engine leak occurred.

8. Brake vacuum pump should be checked for debris/carbon and cleaned.

9. Fit new oil filter and oil. Oil flow must be checked.

10. Provide proof of compliance (invoice, photos, data stream of oil pressure) to validate warranty.

Post-Installation:

• Drive vehicle for 20–30 miles, then replace oil and filter again.

• Warranty may be void if instructions above are not followed.
