You are purchasing a Vauxhall 1.5 Diesel DV5RUC Turbo / Turbocharger Unit. This is a high-quality turbo unit suitable for the DV5RUC engine.

Important Installation & Warranty Instructions:

To ensure correct installation and maintain warranty:

1. Turbo oil feed pipe & banjo bolts must be replaced.

2. Oil pump should be removed and inspected.

3. Oil sump must be removed; clean or replace oil strainer to remove residual carbon/sludge.

4. Oil cooler and filter assembly must be removed and cleaned.

5. Intercooler must be removed, drained, and thoroughly cleaned.

6. Check and clean all inlet and outlet hoses.

7. If oil leaked from a previous turbo or engine into the exhaust, check for contamination/blockage in the exhaust system (catalyst, DPF, etc.). AD Blue system deletion/off may cause turbo failure—a common fault.

8. Remove and check brake vacuum pump for debris/carbon; clean as necessary.

9. Fit new oil filter and fresh oil. Verify oil flow.

10. Warranty requires proof of compliance: submit invoices for banjo bolts and oil feed pipe, data stream of oil pressure, and a full VAT garage invoice with photographic evidence.

After Installation:

• Drive vehicle 20–30 miles, then replace oil and filter again.

• Failure to follow these instructions may void the warranty.

• We cannot be held responsible for turbo failure due to lack of oil pressure/flow.
